Our production! DOLFI 1892: 120 years of tradition!

Behind all the Dolfi Company's  products and collections are more than 120 years of innovation and continues still a surprising amount of manual work.
The entire process of working wood carving art is more complex than you might think. Until a wooden figure is carved, finished, then painted and gilded, it takes on average at least 150 passages of craftsmanship. The personality of each object Dolfi arises from the extraordinary creativity of our master sculptors and the patience and skill of careful painting loving.
Each handmade  line ensures an individual character and creates a unique charm.

The painting with oil paint is made from specially prepared with such care, to make sure that the wood grain remains visible. Each figure, even if made by a sample model, shows its unique expression full of warmth and charm. A large part of our production capacity is targeted to very demanding customers and addressed to "bespoke".
It is also possible, on the basis of a photograph or a drawing, to achieve a three-dimensional figure of wood on request, ranging in size from 1 cm to 30 meters, to allow for processing.
