Wood is a fundamental part of the Val Gardena in North Italy, in the summer but also in the winter with the snow on the mountains. Wood constitutes the raw material that is used in a natural way by DOLFI Studios. We are particularly proud of our unique wooden figures, behind which lies a long tradition.

Since 1892, the forms of sculpture are made as exclusive experience, using different materials and processing techniques of our master sculptors from South Tyrol. Up to 150 processing steps are necessary to ensure that the shape is carved, polished and painted.

Each wooden figure is unique, even if this is reproduced by a model, because each one is painted individually with our oil paints that are exclusively mixed.
Whether you opt for a classic shape as that of a saint, for a cute animal or a fantasy element as an actor or a rock star, you will still be conquered by our wooden figures.

And if you have a special request, we are available for individual wooden figures on request. With your drawing or a photo, we reproduce a three-dimensional personalized wooden figure of the desired size. Your wood carved idea will remain as a memory for a lifetime and will delight all.
